Activating a Script


Switch on the toggle next to "Active" (it will turn blue) to activate a script. The script marked as active will be the one shown to callers for your calling service and will be the one previewed in Script Preview. You can have only one activated script per service. 


Note: Use non-activated scripts to draft scripts before switching over.
