Now that you're logged in, it's time to make calls!

The system will start making calls to contacts for you using a campaign number and will show you a waiting screen while it dials. 

When you hear a beep, that means a call has connected and you should start speaking right away. Shortly after that beep, you will be taken to a screen showing the contact information (on the left-hand side) and the script.

When you click on a script button, the script will change to show you the next thing to say. 

It is important to click through the buttons even if you know the script because they are tracked for each conversation.

When you are done with the call, click on the appropriate Term Code on the left-hand side to move on to your next call.

Term Codes

After selecting, "Next Call", a box will pop up prompting you to click "Ready" or "Not Ready". If you want to keep making calls, select "Ready" (it will be auto-selected) and click "Save". When you are done making calls select “Not Ready” then click “Save”.

After completing your first call the "Recent" Term Code Dropdown will also be available in the left panel.
