The new year is right around the corner and we all know 2020 will be a big year. As your organization/campaign prepares for a momentous 2020 Election season, we would like to share our upcoming holiday hours and introduce our expanded ThruTalk operational hours for the remainder of 2019.
For the 2019 holiday season, ThruTalk will be observing adjusted operational hours.
We will be closed on the following dates:
Thanksgiving — Thursday, November 28, 2019
Christmas — Wednesday, December 25, 2019
New Years — Wednesday, January 1, 2020
We will be observing adjusted hours on the following:
Christmas Eve — Tuesday, December 24, 2019 — Open 12 pm – 5 pm ET.
New Year’s Eve — Tuesday, December 31, 2019 — Open 12 pm – 5 pm ET.
GetThru will be available during the standard operational hours the day after Thanksgiving – Friday, November 29.
Beginning December 2, 2019, ThruTalk will be opening the calling service 2 hours earlier on weekdays: Monday through Friday at noon ET.
ThruTalk Standard Operating Hours, as of 12/02/2019:
Weekday calling hours: 12 pm ET to 11:30 pm ET (9 am PT to 8:30 pm PT).
Weekend calling hours: 12 pm ET to 9 pm ET (9 am PT to 6 pm PT).
To request calling outside of these times, use the “Schedule a Non-Peak Hours Phonebank” button in your admin menu to add your event to the schedule. You can reference our daily schedule on our calling hours calendar.
BILLING & ACCOUNT CLOSURE
If your organization, campaign, or entity is done with your account, use the “Close Account” button in your Account Settings to start the close-out process. If you have an urgent need for billing information due to reporting requirements or other pressing factors, please email email@example.com.
We fixed a bug where dashboards were sporadically not loading users name and email along with the login name and status.
