We here at ThruTalk hope you are enjoying some well-deserved down time this holiday season before the big push to Election 2020. Knowing the Iowa caucuses are right around the corner, we would like to introduce our next round of expanded ThruTalk operational hours that we will be offering to support the primary schedule.


EXPANDED HOURS


Beginning January 6, 2020, ThruTalk will be opening the calling service two hours earlier on weekdays: Monday through Friday at 10 am ET
 

ThruTalk Standard Operating Hours, as of January 6, 2020:

  • Weekday calling hours – 10 am ET to 11:30 pm ET (7 am PT to 8:30 pm PT)
    *Please note: We schedule lists starting at 10 am local time unless specifically requested. A list can start no earlier than 8 am local time.
  • Weekend calling hours – 12 pm ET to 9 pm ET (9 am PT to 6 pm PT)


To request calling outside of these times, use the “Schedule a Non-Peak Hours Phonebank” button in your admin menu to add your event to the schedule. You can reference our daily schedule on our calling hours calendar.


We will be observing adjusted hours on the following:

  • New Year’s Eve — Tuesday, December 31, 2019 – Open 12 pm – 5 pm ET
  • New Year’s Day — Wednesday, January 1, 2020 – CLOSED

 


FEATURE REQUEST

Add / Remove Services — We have updated the admin console to improve the user experience for login pages configuration. Organizations now have the ability to view details about login pages and add/remove services.

Add or Remove a service from a login page allows you to control your callers permissions to log in to various services. Please note changes will take up to 10 minutes to be reflected for your callers when they log in. You can read more about this feature here.
