To find all your login pages, click Login Page Configuration.
On the next page, you'll find all login pages for your account. Click "Show" on the one you want to change caller access for.
At the bottom of the page, you will see the services currently assigned to this login page and the ability to add or remove caller access.
Note: This only affects caller access.
If all services are removed, callers will see "Agent has no services assigned" at login. This is the best way to prevent calling during operational hours.
