You can find your complete service name at the top of your service admin page. The word "service" will need to be included when making requests in chat.
IMPORTANT: If you are completing an automated request via ThruTalk Support Helper, such as a throttle adjustment or urgent requeue, failure to use an accurate service name will cause your request to error without processing.
