The GetThru Team will be holding a (virtual) company retreat from Monday March 29th through Friday April 2nd. To ensure everyone at the company can participate fully, you may experience slower-than-normal response times to support tickets and chats during this period.  

High urgency requests will be reviewed and responded to during our normal support hours -- 9am - 10pm ET. 

Low urgency requests will be handled between 9am - 12pm ET. Any low-urgency requests arriving after 12pm ET will be responded to the following day. 

ThruTalk ticket support and list submissions open at 9am ET. Chat will open at 12pm ET with dialling and will close at 5pm ET. List submissions will close at 5pm ET. Calling will continue to be available through 10pm ET in all time zones and urgent requests affecting calling will be handled through support tickets on a triage basis. Low-urgency requests sent after 5pm ET will be addressed the following day.

Spring Cleaning Reminder
Active but unused ThruText campaigns hold precious local phone numbers that could be reused in future campaigns. We ask that you archive any campaigns you are not using as proactively as possible. It is important to remember — No data is lost when a campaign is archived! Archiving simply means that no new texts can come in or go out of that campaign. You will still be able to export all data and use the archived campaign to create new campaigns via the cloning feature.
