Hi GetThru Users,
We’ve been hard at work since the election planning for the next phase of our products, and we want to share some updates with you!
Big Product Announcements
We’ll cut straight to the chase: We are officially rebuilding ThruTalk from the ground up! We hope to have a “NewTalk” beta available for testing in the first half of 2022. As such, we will be making only minimal fixes on our legacy ThruTalk product.
We’re also in the process of integrating ThruText and ThruTalk, creating additional value for clients that use both tools. In the meantime, we’ll continue to improve ThruText with a focus on increased flexibility and ease of use.
To learn more, read the full blog post from our new Head of Product, Josh Frank.
ThruText Customized Self-Assign Batch Size
For admins who use our self-assign feature, you can now set a custom batch size at the account level, and tweak that size as needed on a per campaign basis!
Full details on how it works here!
ThruTalk VAN Sync Update
We are excited to announce that starting today, we will use the new “Deliverability Error” response instead of the historically problematic “Disconnected” response when syncing your results to VAN! We know that for some VAN syncing clients dealing with high volume of dials or problematic phone numbers, the “Disconnected” response was not always the most accurate disposition, especially in instances where VAN applies changes to phone number statuses based on that outcome. Please check your admin console for further instructions on updating your script.
Support Holiday Closures
We also want to flag that in observance of Independence Day, GetThru general support and ThruTalk will be closed on Sunday, July 4th. Please plan accordingly and enjoy the holiday!
With lots of exciting work on the horizon, we are growing our team! Open roles and how to apply here.
We Want to Hear from You!
User feedback is invaluable to us in our product development process and we want to hear more from you! If you have ideas, feedback or would like to participate in user interviews or testing with our UX team, fill out this quick form.
We are looking forward to the rest of the year, and hope you are as excited about these updates as we are!
