Today we’re excited to announce that we have a new look! Recently, we updated our logo system to match our new strategic direction: rebuilding ThruTalk and increasing integration between ThruTalk and ThruText. You’ll notice the newness (including separate logos for ThruText and ThruTalk!) throughout our website, social media, and the products themselves, of course. We did some reflecting on our new identity and how it relates to the future integration of our tools over on the blog. Take a glance and let us know what you think!
New Account Owner Role in ThruText
ICYMI: Last week, we rolled out a new permission level in ThruText — Account Owner. This permission level has been designed to identify the key decision-makers on a particular ThruText account and will make the process of gathering and sharing crucial account information easier and more targeted to its most relevant audience. Specifically, this role type will be responsible for entering required registration information related to 10DLC regulations in the future.
If you are the primary decision-maker on your ThruText account please claim ownership of it by logging in. If you are not the primary decision maker, please forward this message to that individual so they may claim account ownership.
In the future, Account Owners will be responsible for entering financial and regulatory information on their ThruText accounts. We’ll have more to say on that soon but, for now, once you've claimed account ownership you’ll have the ability to elevate other users to be account co-owners. Expanded ThruTalk Hours
Beginning August 2nd, 2021, ThruTalk will be expanding calling service availability by three and a half hours!
ThruTalk Standard Operating Hours, as of August 2nd, 2021:
Monday through Sunday – 10 am ET to 11:30 pm ET (7 am PT to 8:30 pm PT)
*Please note: We schedule lists starting at 10 am local time unless specifically requested. A list can start no earlier than 8 am local time.
ThruTalk Chat Support will be available during all hours that the dialer is open. You can find the daily schedule for your time zone by clicking the Operating Hours button on your ThruTalk Admin Panel.
