Caller Disconnection Errors


In this guide, we will share the results you will receive after certain calling errors occur.

Caller Disconnects, Loses Internet Connection, or Closes Browser During a Call

  • The call result will default to No Contact.
  • Any script results entered up to that point will be recorded.


Caller Does Not Enter a Call Result Term Code During the Wrap-Up Period

  • The call result will default to No Contact.
  • Any script results entered up to that point will be recorded.


If the call list is using the Multiple Attempt Strategy then these numbers will be dialed again on the next attempt to get back in touch with the person.
