Upcoming Support Holiday Hours
In observance of Independence Day, GetThru Support and ThruTalk (Legacy) will be closed on Monday, July 4th.
- Support tickets received on July 4th will be addressed on Tuesday, July 5th when support returns to standard hours.
- ThruTalk (Legacy) calling will be unavailable on July 4th.
- ThruTalk (New) calling will not be managed, standard calling process available to view here.
New Payment Options & Discounts for 2022
We’re writing to let you know about three immediate changes to our pricing structure that can give you more bang for your GetThru buck in 2022:
- Deeper bulk discounts for upfront prepayments
- A new installment prepay option
- Bigger cross-tool discounts for users of both ThruText and ThruTalk
While our base rates for ThruText and ThruTalk remain the same, we’re excited to roll out an easier way for clients to purchase their texts and dials for future use. We have heard from many of you about the need for better visibility and control of your texting and dialing fees, and as a business, we benefit from you giving us visibility into your usage needs ahead of time so we can better plan and commit resources. Please note: These discounts and payment arrangements are for clients who use us on a per text / per dial basis.
We hope these additional prepayment incentives can be a true win-win, with clients getting great tools at a competitive price while we have the heads-up and the resources to plan for big upticks in usage.

Change #1: Deeper Bulk Prepay Discounts
We have created new and deeper bulk discount tiers that can be accessed by 100% up-front prepayments. This payment option starts at the 25K messages/dials tier and discounts deepen from there. Up-front prepayments are paid via a single lump-sum payment and have payment terms of Net 7. Link to tiers and discounts can be found here.
Change #2: Installment Plans
For clients who want to access bulk discounts via prepayment, but want to spread their payments out, we now offer monthly installment plans with slightly lower discount tiers than the upfront prepayments. Installments can be made on a 3 or 6-month basis, are due monthly and are not applied retroactively. Link to tiers and what monthly payments look like can be found here.
Change #3 – Cross-Tool Prepayment Discounts
If you prepay or enter into an installment plan for either ThruText or ThruTalk, you can now get the same discount on the other tool without prepaying. For example, an organization that locks in a 40% discount at the 5 million tier for dials via an installment plan will automatically see a 40% discount applied to any texting they do as well.
What if I go over my desired tier? Do I go back to the pay-as-you-go rate?
Once you lock in a rate for prepay, you will pay that rate for the rest of the calendar year. This applies to both up-front or installment prepayments. For example, if an organization makes an up-front prepayment for 1 million text messages on August 1, 2022 (a 30% discount) and then sends 1.5 million text messages between August 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022, they will be given the 30% discount on all 1.5 million messages. On January 1, 2022, all clients would revert to our standard rates unless an additional prepayment is made.

We are excited to roll out our new entirely redesigned ThruTalk platform in the coming weeks, which will live as one unified product alongside ThruText.
