Side navigation

Use the side navigation to move between ThruTalk campaigns, scripts, and ThruTalk Tools. No matter where you are in your workflow, click on the heading you'd like to access to open the drop-down options.

Create & View Campaigns

Easily create new campaigns by opening a Campaign page and clicking the "New Campaign" button on the right side of the screen. For more on creating campaigns, follow the links in these guides. By clicking the campaigns drop-down, you can view Active campaigns, those that are in Drafts, or campaigns that have been Archived.

NOTE The "+ Create New Campaign" button on the admin dashboard will take you to create a ThruText Campaign. Please use the sidebar navigation to create a ThruTalk campaign.


Create, view, and manage ThruTalk calling scripts by clicking on the scripts section of the sidebar. 

ThruTalk Tools

Do Not Call: Add phone numbers to the account's Do Not Call list or export a list of the numbers that have already been added.

Exports: In this section, you'll be able to Export the account campaign dials and view any previous exports generated.

In the top right corner of your screen, you will find easy access to the following features:

Start Calling

Use the "Calling" button to enter your ThruTalk assignments. (You can navigate to the Messenger if you are also texting.)


Access the knowledge base or submit a ticket with any questions.


Manage your profile or switch between your ThruText Organizations.
