Understanding the Download Protection Error
Export links in GetThru allow you to securely download data from your account. These links are time-sensitive for security reasons. If you see a Download Protection Error, it simply means the link has expired. Just refresh the page and click Download again to get a new copy.
After generating an export, a Download button will appear on the page, such as in the image below.
Export links expire after a short time. If you click one after it has expired, you’ll see the following error.
To fix the issue, just refresh the exports page and click Download again. The export should now download as expected.
