Integrations for your GetThru Account


Admins and account owners can set up, monitor, edit, and delete their own integrations within www.getthru.app


in the Account Tools drop-down of the left side navigation menu, you will find the Integrations page. From there, you can self-manage your account's integrations.

NOTE - At this time, only VAN integrations can be managed through the Integrations page. Is there another that would help your organization? If so, please click the link at the top of your integrations page to request it.


VAN Integration

GetThru accounts can have two-way syncs with VAN for both ThruTalk and ThruText. This means that you can create lists in VAN and pull them into GetThru.app, pull in survey questions from your MyVoters or EveryAction/MyCampaign committee to your ThruTalk script or ThruText campaign, collect your data, and sync it back to VAN automatically.


New VAN integrations

If your account does not yet have a VAN integration set up, click the "Enable" button in the VAN Integrations box to start the VAN Integration Wizard. Please be sure to have your VAN API key ready! If you do not have a VAN API key yet, please send a request to your VAN admins.


Managing existing VAN integrations

If your account already has at least one VAN integration set up, click the "Manage" button in the VAN Integrations box. This will bring you to the VAN Integrations Overview page, where you can view and manage your existing keys and add new ones.
