We're excited to announce that tomorrow, April 16th, we're rolling out a redesigned experience for building campaigns in both ThruTalk and ThruText. This update is easier to use with enhanced accessibility. Beyond aligning the campaign creation flow in both tools, it also unlocks the development of highly requested features, including Drafts for ThruTalk and Bulk Send for ThruText. Additionally, Moderators have improved ThruTalk permissions, allowing them to work on ThruTalk campaigns in the same way they can work with ThruText campaigns!
We’ve outlined the new campaign creation process in our help center, so you can start by checking out our guides on Launching a ThruText Campaign or Launching a ThruTalk Campaign. These walk you through the redesigned flow step-by-step. When you first open the campaign creation wizards, you’ll notice a few new steps on the top of the page.

ThruTalk Drafts
When building a campaign in ThruTalk, now you can navigate away from the campaign creation wizard, and it saves your progress in a ThruTalk Draft! No more rebuilding your campaign when you’ve forgotten to upload your group or create your script.
ThruTalk drafts are found on the ThruTalk Drafts Overview page, located in the ThruTalk Campaigns drop-down, or from a bookmarked URL.
Bulk Send
This ThruText feature is coming soon! Bulk Send allows an admin to send a campaign with a click of a button without navigating to the Messenger. Please email our Product Team at product@getthru.io if you would like to be a Bulk Send beta tester!
Easier Payment Management with the GetThru Customer Portal
We’re pleased to introduce the new GetThru Customer Portal, powered by Method CRM!
This tool is designed to help you manage your payments and account activity with greater ease and transparency.
With the portal, you can:
- View and download all of your invoices
- Make secure online payments
- Save your payment method for future use
- Stay on top of billing without the back-and-forth

All current billing contacts have already been added. If you need access, simply reach out to your billing contact to have them create a record for you. Not sure who your billing contact is? Email us at billing@getthru.io, and we’ll point you in the right direction.
